It’s not just about the food on your plate, but also the joy and fulfillment you get from your relationships, hobbies, and connection with nature. My approach is functional, focusing on balance and joy in every aspect of life.

I strive to find joy in both the highs and lows of life. My personal journey has taught me to embrace a balanced approach to nutrition—enjoying wholesome foods that nourish my body and also indulging in foods I love. Spending time in nature is a daily ritual for me, whether it’s walking, hiking, rock climbing, mountain biking, reading a book, or working in my vegetable garden. I try to spend time outside every day (despite the unpredictable weather in Upstate New York!!)
